Carlow-based security firm Netwatch is launching an in-company sales training programme for graduates and job-seekers.

Carlow-based security firm Netwatch is launching an in-company sales training programme for graduates and job-seekers.

CEO David Walsh said there would be up to 15 places on the 12-month programme, which would include on-the-job and classroom training led by sales professionals.

Ireland’s colleges and universities were ‘falling short’ of developing our ‘natural sales ability’, Walsh said.
