Capital's skyline to grow again

The most dramatic turnaround in the commercial property market appears to have been in the Dublin development land sector, writes Donal Buckley.

In the period 2008 to 2012, Dublin looked set to be haunted for decades by the skeletal remains of unfinished offices, apartment blocks and ghost estates. But the capital's skyline is soon expected to be festooned with cranes as they build houses, offices and also student accommodation and hotels.
