Canadian ski lodge appeals to Irish market
Freehold apartments have just become available for sale at Le Grand Lodge Mont Tremblant, an independently-owned four-star boutique hotel in the Laurentian Mountains in Quebec.
The resort is set on 36 acres on the shores of Lake Ouimet near Mont-Tremblant, and is one hour away from Montreal. This area will see around €1.3 billion worth of investment in development over the next ten years. Intrawest, the world's largest ski resort developer, the Canadian government and the Quebecan regional government are behind the venture, which will see the region's ski terrain extended and the construction of two new villages with hotels...
