Canada visa changes to ease entry for young Irish
A visa processing specialist says changes to Canadian visa criteria are set to make it easier for young Irish people to get permanent residency there.
Changes to visa acceptance criteria in 2013 will make it significantly easier for young Irish people seeking permanent residency in Canada, according to Visafirst, which specialises in organising working visas.
The organisation says Canada needs project managers, structural engineers, welders, estimators, diesel mechanics, carpenters and various other trades.
Visafirst said one of the most significant changes planned in Canada was to make language the most important selection factor when processing visas.
