‘Can-do’ Cullaun making development happen

Cullaun Capital positions itself as a multi-asset class lender willing to consider a range of projects

A relatively new provider of development finance, Cullaun Capital, expects to have agreed terms to provide €140 million in lending facilities for 17 developments, mainly housing and healthcare projects, by the end of next month.
