Calyx acquires Convergent for €600,000

Irish voice and data company Calyx has acquired voice and data specialist Convergent Systems for €600,000 following four months of negotiations.

Established in 1999, Convergent provides a range of consultancy, project management, installation and voice and data support services to business clients.

An Avaya Business Partner, it employs 12 people in Dublin.

For the year-end August 31, 2004, it had revenues of €1.3 million and gross book value assets of e0.66 million.
