The Comptroller and Auditor General's 2011 report has said the multi-million euro Broadcasting Fund that finances public service projects in TV and radio was not sufficiently transparent or accountable.

The Comptroller and Auditor General's 2011 report has said the multi-million euro Broadcasting Fund that finances public service projects in TV and radio was not sufficiently transparent or accountable.

It also said the BAI, which administers the fund, should monitor projects to make sure they are delivered on time and consider recovering funds if they are not.
