A number of international funds and investors are circling the Convention Centre Dublin.

A number of international funds and investors are circling the Convention Centre Dublin, making unsolicited approaches to court appointed liquidators in a bid to take control of the landmark €380 million docklands property.

Several buyers, mostly international, have expressed an interest in acquiring the shares of Spencer Dock Convention Centre Dublin (SDCCD), the company which has a 25-year licence to operate the national centre from the Office of Public Works (OPW).
