When trying to decide whether to buy now or wait, buyers should check the planning applications in their chosen locality.

House-hunting is rarely as exciting or romantic as the term might suggest, and this is particularly true in the current Dublin market. First-time buyers have always faced challenges and these tend to change with the times, but there appears to be a palpable sense of missed opportunity here and a sense of disbelief that prices are rising so quickly.
