Busy six months for Treasury Holdings
Treasury Holdings has seen a significant increase in its property portfolio activity in the past six months, with a total annualised rent roll of €4.75 million.
Almost a quarter of its 90transactions were commercial, including the sale (through Nama) of the Montevetro office block in Dublin to Google for almost 100 million.
Other significant deals include lease agreements with Donnybrook Fair for an outlet in Stillorgan Shopping Centre and the acquisition of a prime location on College Green, Dublin by Costa Coffee.
