A group of businessmen, including Dómhnal Slattery and hotelier Frankie Whelehan, have lost control of a Kerry hotel they bought for almost €14 million.

Bank of Scotland (Ireland) has appointed a receiver to Hepton Developments, which owns the Quality Hotel in Killarney.
