Businessman Derek O'Leary, a key figure behind the development of the Sandyford campus in south Dublin, has been declared bankrupt in London.
O'Leary was declared bankrupt on January 7, according to records filed with the UK Insolvency Service, which lists a London address, as well as his former address in Foxrock in Dublin.
