A prominent Co Mayo businessman is seeking to oust bank-appointed receivers from his two Castlebar hotels and put the business into examinership.

Hotelier Pat Jennings has taken High Court action in relation to the two properties, the TF Royal Hotel and the Harlequin Hotel. The matter has been adjourned until this week.
