Mick Wallace, the football-loving Independent TD for Wexford, is owed €215,494 by Wexford Youths FC, the football club he founded in 2007.

Wexford Youths: the club owe €215,494 to their benefactor, independent TD Mick Wallace.

Mick Wallace, the football-loving Independent TD for Wexford, is owed €215,494 by Wexford Youths FC, the football club he founded in 2007.

Of that figure, €181,884 is in the form of an interest-free loan from M&J Wallace, the club’s parent company, which is in receivership. Wallace is owed another €25,000 through M&J Wallace as a trade creditor, as well as €8,610 through Wallace Calcio.
