Business insurance costs rise

Business insurance costs rose by 4 per cent this year, compared with a 28 per cent rise last year and a 52 per cent rise in 2002, according to research by employers body, Ibec.

Despite the slowdown, Ibec director Brendan Butler said the rises were still above the rate of inflation.
