Business organisations have urged the National Consumer Agency (NCA) to put the fees and charges that banks levy on business customers under the microscope.

The government's recently published Action Plan for Jobs vowed to increase price transparency by "encouraging all professionals supplying the business sector and consumers to provide price quotations in advance".
