Business activity improves in Q3, survey funds

Irish business conditions brightened through the third quarter of 2013, according to the latest KBC Bank Ireland/Chartered Accountants Ireland Business Sentiment Survey.

“Better business conditions are translating into a continuing improvement in the Irish jobs market," said one analyst.

Irish business conditions brightened through the third quarter of 2013 with the improvement driven by a significant rise in the number of firms reporting increased activity levels, according to the latest KBC Bank Ireland/Chartered Accountants Ireland Business Sentiment Survey.

Pat Costello, Chief Executive of Chartered Accountants Ireland, said the strongest recent improvement was seen in construction and other property related activities.
