Bus Eireann is considering commercial agreements with other private operators after signing a deal for its first such partnership.

Bus Eireann entered a service-sharing agreement with GoBus.ie on the Dublin-Galway route. One of the reasons was believed to have been to reduce the threat to their services posed by Citylink, which operates the same route.
