Building in the wow factor

Inspiration, an event to be held in Bank of Ireland on College Green next month, will kick off Open House Dublin, the architectural festival that opens up 100 old and new buildings and homes that are usually inaccessible to the public

What do you get when you put a banker, three architects, two designers, a landscaper and a quantity surveyor together in a room? While the question might sound like the start of a builder’s joke, the answer is simple: Inspiration, a new event introduced to mark the opening of Open House Dublin 2018, which takes place in three weeks time, from Friday to Sunday, October 12 to 14.
