Tax-compliant certification for all state building grants must be introduced to stamp out the growth of the black economy in the industry, according to its representative body.

Tax-compliant certification for all state building grants must be introduced to stamp out the growth of the black economy in the industry, according to its representative body.

The Construction Industry Federation (CIF) has made this argument as part of its budget submission, which also includes a demand that developer contributions to local authorities be reduced because of the changed economic environment.
