Once again we were promised the roll-out of free GP care.
Once again we were told the coalition would act on delayed discharges. And, once again, we were assured that mental health teams would be enhanced.
There was a new minister delivering details of health service funding for 2015, but the message was mostly a re-hash of commitments that were already made, but not yet delivered.
