Mobile marketing is set to become an increasing focus for Diageo’s marketing team, after an innovative Budweiser Ice Cold mobile ad campaign scored a rare win for Ireland at the 2011 Cannes Lions advertising festival.
The campaign, which was launched six weeks ago, offers users discounted pints of Budweiser Ice Cold on warmer days and a free beer when temperatures exceed 20 degrees.
