BT Ireland on course to double broadband base
The chief executive of BT Ireland has said that the uptake of its €45 broadband-with-rental-and-voice package has been higher than expected, and he plans to have signed up an additional 10,000 new residential customers by the end of this month.

Danny McLaughlin said that his target of doubling BT’s residential broadband base from its current low figure of 35,000 would also be hit well before next summer because of its current campaign.
