BSKYB: to keep licence

British Sky Broadcasting Group has gained approval to keep its broadcast licence though regulator Ofcom criticised board member James Murdoch’s reaction to phone-hacking revelations at News Corp.

News Corp owns 39 per cent of BSkyB.
