Brown Bag Films profits hit €1m

Oscar-nominated Irish animation studio Brown Bag Films has seen its profits rise to Euro 1 million as its revenues increased almost threefold.

Oscar-nominated Irish animation studio Brown Bag Films has seen its profits rise to Euro 1 million as its revenues increased almost threefold.

According to accounts just filed, the studio recorded a €14. 5 million turnover in 2012, up from Euro 5.6 million the previous year. The studio also turned a profit of Euro 1 million in 2012 following a loss of €785,807 the previous year.

The directors of the company noted that they were satisfied with the company's performance.
