Limerick property investor Aidan Brooks has snapped up a landmark 27-storey office and retail tower in Chicago in a $108 million (€83 million) deal.

Limerick property investor Aidan Brooks has snapped up a landmark 27-storey office and retail tower in Chicago in a $108 million (€83 million) deal.
Brooks, who has amassed a substantial US property portfolio, has bought the property, at 625 North Michigan Avenue, through a quasi joint venture arrangement with investment bank Goldman Sachs.
