British property fund adds to Irish portfolio
Next year is going to be a busy one for Development Securities, the British listed property fund, that last week spent just over €16 million buying Donnybrook House in Dublin 4 and the Charlemont Clinic along the Grand Canal in Dublin 2.
Donnybrook House, a 1970s office building and former branch of AIB, comprises almost 4,000 square metres of office space with an additional 929 square metre basement and 40 car spaces. It has been vacant for some years.
