British competition watchdog clears DCC's Total acquisition

Britain’s Competition Commission has provisionally cleared DCC’s acquisition of certain oil distribution assets previously owned by Total in Britain.

Britain’s Competition Commission has provisionally cleared DCC’s acquisition of certain oil distribution assets previously owned by Total in Britain.

DCC announced last November that it had completed the acquisition in a deal worth €67 million. The company is buying the assets from Rontec Investments.
