The recently defeated proposals for the sale of Glanbia’s Irish dairy business only have a window of three months to be resurrected, according to Geoff Meagher, who advised the co-op on its negotiations.

The recently defeated proposals for the sale of Glanbia’s Irish dairy business only have a window of three months to be resurrected, according to Geoff Meagher, who advised the co-op on its negotiations.

Meagher, who is the proposed managing director of the business should it be spun out, said that the ball was firmly in the court of members.
