The planned development on the former Florentine Centre site, which is scheduled to open its doors in 12 months

It’s been more than 20 years in the making, but the development of the former Florentine Centre site in Bray, Co Wicklow is now under way.

The three-storey development will extend to 25,000 square metres and is scheduled to open its doors in about 12 months. The space will incorporate three anchor tenants – one of which is reserved – in addition to nine individual retail units, restaurant/café space, and 250 car parking spots.
