The Dublin Docklands Development Authority has objected to plans for a major office development in North Wall in Dublin 1.

Real Estate Opportunities (REO), using a company called Wintertide, want to develop more than 33,000 square metres of office space on the site.

It applied to Dublin City Council to construct the offices but the docklands authority has raised concerns about the development related to the proposed Luas Line C1 to The Point.
