Bank of Ireland chairman Archie Kane did most of the talking at Bank of Ireland's raucous annual general meeting last Tuesday, but chief executive Richie Boucher was the man everybody wanted a word with.

In a perennial ritual now clocking it's fifth year, retail investors came to the shareholder gathering mostly to vent their anger at half a decade of losses and what many see as chronic mismanagement.
