BOSI data not based on the total market

Bank of Scotland Ireland (BOSI) has based its claims of a 21 per cent share of the business banking market on that part of the market it “actively pursues", rather than the total market, a spokesman has said.

Bank of Scotland Ireland (BOSI) has based its claims of a 21 per cent share of the business banking market on that part of the market it “actively pursues", rather than the total market, a spokesman has said.

Last week, when publishing its results, the bank said that its share of the business market put it in second place to AIB.
