Bord Pleanala delays Donegal retail decision
An Bord Pleanala has again delayed a decision on a multi-million euro retail development in Donegal town which would be anchored by Dunnes Stores.
Donegal County Council granted planning permission for the €35million scheme, which Bennett Construction is planning to build in an area of the town known as The Mullans, last January. However, that decision was appealed to An Bord Pleanala by Keeney Construction, a British firm which is headed up by Donegal native Danny Keeney.
