Industry Correspondent More than 1,000 staff at Bord na Mo¤ na are due a pay rise of 3.5 per cent after the Labour Court partly found in favour of the company’s group of unions.

The pay rise dates back to 2009, and is applicable to 1,100 workers. It could cost the semi state firm almost €5 million in backdated pay for the last two years, and a further €2.4 million in extra pay this year.
