Staff at Bord na Móna are likely to take industrial action in the coming weeks after the rejection of an offer by the company on an outstanding pay claim.

Staff at Bord na Móna are likely to take industrial action in the coming weeks after the rejection of an offer by the company on an outstanding pay claim.

Strike action was deferred by the employees a month ago after the company agreed to pay the 3.5 per cent pay increase, which has been outstanding since 2008, in the form of a 1.75 per cent increase in pay and 1.75 per cent increase linked to productivity.
