A legal row has broken out between the former investors in wind energy firm SWS and Bord Gais, which bought the company for more than €500 million in 2009.

A legal row has broken out between the former investors in wind energy firm SWS and Bord Gais, which bought the company for more than €500 million in 2009.

Ion Equity and its founders Neil O'Leary, Ulric Kenny and Joe Devine, are part of a group of former shareholders that is suing Bord Gais regarding payments relating to the original purchase of SWS.
