Rents in Cork have gone up by 15 per cent since September, according to local letting agents.

Rents in Cork have gone up by 15 per cent since September, according to local letting agents. Jim Miley, managing director of Myhome.ie, said the firm’s research showed that the residential rental market in Cork was particularly strong.
