Bono company in contention for Time magazine titles

Elevation Partners, the joint-venture company in which U2 frontman Bono has an interest, is in talks to buy a number of magazine titles from publishing company Time.

Elevation Partners, the joint-venture company in which U2 frontman Bono has an interest, is in talks to buy a number of magazine titles from publishing company Time.

Elevation is one of six companies trying to buy 18 magazines being sold by Time. The magazines are expected to be sold for a total of more than €185 million, according to US media reports.
