The Boland's Mill site at Grand Canal Dock is to be redeveloped by NAMA in a €200m project.

The historic site which was the scene of fighting during the 1916 rising will be turned into offices and apartments with towers reaching up to 15 storeys.

The state-owned agency plans to clean up the derelict building and create a version of London's Canary Wharf in Dublin’s Docklands.
