Bank of Ireland (BoI) is to invest €19 million in its retail banking operations in Northern Ireland.
The investment will create more than 100 jobs over the next two years.
A spokeswoman for the bank said the funding would go towards the expansion of the bank’s existing network of 44 branches and eight business centres, increasing staff numbers from 1,300 to 1,500 by August 2009.
