Bogie and Bacall’s ‘bounty’ set for sale
That overused word “eclectic” is the only way to describe the collection of late screen legend Lauren Bacall, expected to realise $3 million in New York this week.
As photographs of Bacall’s three homes clearly show, she was a discerning collector of art and antiques.
She had a particular love for 20th century sculpture, and headline lots include a number of pieces by Henry Moore and Robert Graham.
