BMW will release a hard-top version of the Z4 in the first half of next year after suffering a fall-off in European sales of its soft-top-only offering.

BMW will release a hard-top version of the Z4 in the first half of next year after suffering a fall-off in European sales of its soft-top-only offering.

Buyers are migrating to the latest Mercedes-Benz SLK, and the Porsche Cayman (a hard top based on the Boxster), due to be launched later this year.
