BMW dealer Keane re-registers firm as unlimited
BMW dealer Frank Keane has re-registered his firm as an unlimited company, meaning it does not have to file detailed accounts.
Frank Keane (Holdings), which had sales of €117 million in 2004, is the latest in a series of large privately-owned companies to go unlimited. It is owned by Keane, who sold the franchise to distribute BMW cars back to the German manufacturer in 2003.
