Bloxham liquidator to take Irish Stock Exchange to court
The liquidator of Bloxham is to issue legal proceedings against the Irish Stock Exchange over its decision to revoke the failed broker's membership of the exchange.
The liquidator of Bloxham Stockbrokers will this week issue legal proceedings against the Irish Stock Exchange over its decision to revoke the failed broker's membership of the exchange.
The liquidator is taking a judicial review of the decision, arguing the ISE had no right to revoke membership.
The court was notified of the move during a related action, and formal paperwork is expected to be lodged by the liquidator, KPMG accountant Kieran Wallace this week.
