The Blarney Golf Resort in Co Cork is expected to make about €12 million when it is sold on the instructions of receiver Billy O’Riordan of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The Blarney Golf Resort in Co Cork is expected to make about €12 million when it is sold on the instructions of receiver Billy O’Riordan of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

CB Richard Ellis is handling the private treaty sale of the golf resort on behalf of O’Riordan, who was last month appointed receiver to Kelcar Developments, which owns the property.
