Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, which is nine years old today, is now worth about €1.4 billion, according to several investment sources.

Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, which is nine years old today, is now worth about ���1.4 billion, according to several investment sources.

The sources based the valuation on the centre's current rent roll, which increased recently to €60 million, combined with some rental reversionary potential.

The valuation excludes the retail park and other properties which surround the shopping centre.
