Blackrock Clinic in Dublin has invested €200,000 in an automated performance management system to cut costs and improve efficiencies. The solution by SAS allows staff at the privately-owned facility to view patient histories as well as operational details and financial data.

Bryan Harty, chief executive of Blackrock Clinic, said its function was to record and contain the cost of treatments, procedures and general operations.
