A fund controlled by British financial tycoon Chris Hohn is heading to the Irish High Court as part of the billionaire's hostile take over play for the a vital stake in the Blackrock Clinic, Ireland's largest private hospital.

Talos Capital, an Irish registered firm connected to Hohn, registered cases in the High Court seeking summary judgment against Blackrock founders Joseph Sheehan and John Flynn.
