Exciting new venture opens in Belfast

The past few months haven't been easy for anyone trying to run a business in Belfast city centre. Among them is chef Paul Rankin, who last week blamed protests about the flying of the Union flag from City Hall for the closure of his restaurant, Cayenne, on Shaftesbury Square.
